Translation agencies have expert and experienced translator teams in various fields. They offer this expertise and experience for accurate translations in all languages and fields. The critical question here is how important your translation is.
If you are having a translation done for a serious and important purpose, it is essential to work with a translation agency. Otherwise, you may encounter irreversible or impossible results and lose time and money.
If you are translating a text that is not very critical, you can use any non-professional or machine translation. Another advantage offered by translation agencies is timing. With their large teams, even very long documents can be prepared in a quite short time.
In summary, you should work with a translation agency for your translation that needs to be completed on time and with quality as a priority.

We analyze the documents you submit to us in person, by email, or through our website. Based on this, we offer you price and time information. The process begins when you approve our offer.
First, we assign the most suitable translator for the subject of your translation (multiple translators are assigned if it is an urgent translation). If you used the translator selection feature and selected your own translator, we proceed in that direction. If necessary, your documents are pre-processed to prepare them for translation. Then the translator(s) begin to prepare your translation personally. Your translation, completed within the given time, is delivered to you via your preferred delivery method, completing the process.
The answer to this question depends on where and for what purpose you will use the translation. Official approval is generally required for documents to be used in official procedures. Especially for documents to be submitted to government agencies, notary approval is required. The receiving institution can thus be sure that the translation is faithful to the original.
Notary-approved translation is one step higher in official status than a sworn translation. Both translations include the translator's signature and stamp. The notary where the translator is registered certifies the reliability of the translation. You do not need to make additional payment for the sworn translation. However, notary procedures are subject to a fee.
We usually handle the notary procedures for the translations you work with us on your behalf. If you want to have it done yourself, you can also do it at the notaries we are affiliated with. Our customers usually prefer us to do the procedures and deliver the documents to them in person or by cargo.
The time for each translation is determined based on the length and content of the relevant document. There are also main factors that affect the duration. The time of a translation primarily depends on the speed of the assigned translator. The average translation speed is about 20 thousand characters per day. This is approximately 7 pages. The difficulty of the text is also one of the factors affecting the time. Translations with dense terms require dictionary and literature research. Such work slows down the translator.
Another factor is the structure of the document. It may be necessary to layout the document when starting or finishing the translation. This will also extend the time. Even if your translation is high volume, if it needs to be completed in a short time, a quick result can be obtained by working with multiple translators. Such processes fall under urgent translation and have higher fees.
