Official Document Types
All documents that bear the seal of a government institution, such as diplomas, identity records, criminal records, driver's licenses, tax plates, issued by government institutions or that are given with digital signature or stamp on the websites of government institutions are considered as official documents. We usually apply fixed translation prices for such single-page documents.
Sworn / Notarized Translation
After the translation of official documents, the countries and institutions to which you will submit the document may request that the translations be certified by a sworn translation stamp or notary public. Sworn translation is not subject to additional fee, but notary approval fee must be paid for the notary approval process. Notary approval fee varies according to the number of pages and the density of the text on the pages. The net price is calculated by the notary during the notary public process.
Apostille Process
Some institutions and countries may request apostille according to the type and importance of the document. In order to make an apostille, the translation must be notarized. After this approval, you can get an apostille process free of charge at the governor's or district offices in your region.
