Türkiye'de, taşıma güzergahında veya LPG'nin ithal edildiği ülkelerde seferberlik hali, harp (ilan edilmiş olsun veya olmasın) ihtilal, isyan, sivil kargaşalıklar düşmanca hareketler ve bu neviden hadiseler, yangın infilak ve sabotaj gibi olaylar her türlü tabi afetler ve bunların haricinde her ne sebeple olursa olsun LPG üretim ve işbu sözleşme konusu olan LPG'nin ikmalinin kısmen veya tamamen kesilmesi, Dolum Tesisleri'nin, ya da GNB Üniteleri'nin çalışamayacak kadar hasar görmesi, grev-lokavt, Hükümetçe veya Resmi Makamlarca alınacak çalışma ve işletme imkanlarını kısmen veya tamamen kaldıracak kararlar, işletmeyi zaruri olarak aksatacak mahiyetteki teknik arızalar, Dolum Ünitelerinin faaliyetini bakım, tamir ve dolayısıyla arızi olarak durdurması, bu yüzden üretimin azalması ve işletmenin aksaması gibi ve fakat bunlara inhisar ettirilmeyen, tarafların kontrolleri dışında cereyan eden, önceden görmelerine ve tedbir almalarına imkan bulunmayan hadiseler mücbir sebep olarak kabul edilecektir.

In case of general mobilization, war (whether declared or not), revolution, rebellion, civil unrest, hostile acts and similar nature of events, fire, explosion and sabotage, natural disasters of any kind and apart from these, complete or partial interruption of LPG production and supply hereunder, damage to Filling Facilities or GNB Units leading to non-operation, strike-lock out, decrees by the Government or Official Authorities to eliminate working and operating possibilities partially or completely, technical failures to disrupt the enterprise compulsorily, stoppage of the function of Filling Units in consequence of maintenance, repair, hence the decline in production and disruption of enterprise; and incidents not restricted to those above, incidents such as emergency state, war, fire and sabotage occurring beyond the control of parties and that are impossible to be foreseen and avoided in Turkey, along the transport route or countries from which LPG is imported, shall be acknowledged as force majeure.
